About Me

A life-long Oregonian, I was born and raised in the coastal community of Seaside. I was raised in a family of first responders including firefighters, police officers, and Life Flight paramedics. My family has always played a large role in the safety and well being of our community, so I’ve always had a calling to help others. In 2013 I got the push in the right direction that led me down the path of body work.

In 2013 I met my fiance, an equine chiropractor and massage therapist. He came out to the barn where I was boarding my horse and spent an entire hour adjusting her and working her sore and tired muscles. I was utterly fascinated, watching him work and the way my horse’s body reacted, I had never seen anything like it! She couldn’t communicate where she hurt or why and even more---she could not lie. As he worked, her muscles would twitch and move as they began to release and relax. When he was finished, there was an amazing and noticeable difference in her movements and attitude. This was the moment it all clicked for me, this was what I was meant to do. If this could create such an incredible change in an unbiased creature, imagine what it could do for people who suffer from pain!

In 2014 I moved to the community of Spray to live with my fiance on his family ranch. I quickly fell in love with the peaceful community and the life that it offers. For the next four years I commuted 3-4 days per week from Spray to Bend to attend massage school. Many of my teachers took note of my keen understanding of the function of muscles, and how to release tension in them, much to the credit of my fiance’s mentorship. In 2018 my dedication paid off--I completed my degree in massage therapy and officially started my own mobile massage practice. I practice a variety of different modalities to entirely customize each session for every client. I like to use a mixture of neuromuscular and therapeutic techniques, a combination of skills that best suits my clients who suffer from pain due to overuse, surgery, or injury.

In my spare time you can find me at the barn with my beautiful daughter, training and spending time with our fur babies Reba (20 year old mare) and Rose. If I’m not there you will most likely find me at home crafting; I love to sew fluffy rag quilts and play in my Happy Planner (I may have a small sticker and flannel problem). I also enjoy getting out into the community with my family, whether it’s at church, school functions, or our annual rodeo.
